Create a draft order

You can ask Ava to create a draft order for a customer directly from the mobile app. The Sales Agent guides you through product selection and applies relevant pricing and promotions according to your integrated systems.

Draft orders are saved to Salesforce (or your connected Consumer Goods setup) so they can be reviewed, adjusted, and activated in the normal order process.
