Guide CTAs embed Ava into a guided workflow in Field. When a rep reaches a configured step, they can open Ava from the guide to analyse inputs, apply prompts, or suggest improvements according to your rules.

Typical uses include steps that capture images or structured data and then need interpretation---for example, a shelf photo processed through Studio workflows, followed by an Ava CTA that reviews the result and suggests how presentation could be improved. Ava combines vertical consumer goods knowledge with your agents, HQ-driven rules, and prompts so guidance stays consistent across stores.

HQ teams configure the guide and the CTA so reps see the assistant at the right moment in the task, not only from the global menu.
