Sync error management and recovery

When synchronisation fails or partially completes, the app can show a sync report with errors you can acknowledge, share, or act on. Recoverable validation messages may guide you to correct data on the device before you retry.

  • Connection problems-retry Manual synchronisation once you have a stable connection.
  • For errors you cannot clear locally, export or share the sync report with an administrator so Salesforce or configuration issues can be fixed on the server side.

Regular Quick Sync during the day reduces the size of each upload batch and makes troubleshooting easier.
