Aforza relies on standard Salesforce profile mechanics. Each user can receive granular access to objects, fields, connected apps, and tabs, but we recommend pairing baseline profiles with packaged permission sets (see Permission sets) so most changes stay additive and auditable. Reach for custom profiles when compliance or legal requires field-level exceptions that cannot be expressed through sets alone.
