Precision rounding

Aforza supports configurable decimal precision and rounding during pricing. Historically, calculations rounded to two decimal places at several stages.

With the precision enhancement, you can set decimal places (2–8) for unit price calculations, choose rounding modes (for example round up or down), keep higher precision through intermediate steps, and apply final rounding only at order total level when that matches your commercial rules. Configuration is at company level.

Admin

Administrators configure Unit Price Precision (decimal places and rounding type) and Order Total Precision (decimal places and rounding type). Values flow into the pricing engine during calculation. When order-level rounding is enabled, the final rounded value is stored on the order in Total Amount Rounded.
