Field console

Weather widget - View of the days weather
Today’s task summary - Overview of the days completed activities (number of orders, number of audits, etc) for the users across all visits that have been performed and synced.
Last sync - Insight into sync activity whilst in the field. Date and time of the last completed sync
Today’s visits - An overview of the field representatives visit schedule for the day separated by state (e.g. In progress, To do, Completed)
Linked guide - A custom widget enabling the trigger of any guide related to the user. On selection, a guide task is created and a guide process initiated.
Configurable CTA - A custom widget enabling the trigger of any custom call to action related to the user. The call to action may reference a custom Apex call, deep link, engine call, smart action, or web link.

The Configurable CTA widget on consoles can also navigate straight to the visit calendar when the INTERNAL action targets navigate:calendar.

Today’s route - visual representation of the users planned visits. Each visit can be selected to view address and travel time. Visit pins will be removed as the visit is completed, the complete route will remain visible. Users can view nearby and prospect accounts that are within close proximity to the route
Virtual wallet - Visual representation of payments taken for the current day
Studio - Create studio assets and display direct links to studio assets
Van loading - Shows all items scheduled for delivery for all visits throughout the day in order to load the delivery vehicle
Van manifest - View real time vehicle stock throughout the day
Custom object - View, edit and create custom objects based on the days activities
KPI
- View out of the box Aforza KPI charts representing business/user data
- View custom KPI charts representing business/user data

Visit console

Guide results - Access to the last 3 completed guides for the associated account
Order history - A view of the last activated order against the account and access to reorder
Visit tasks - A view into the tasks assigned to the account for the viewed visit. Ability to create ad-hoc orders and audits where required
Visit location - Map location of the account being visited alongside check in (and geofencing where applicable) functionality

Styling helpers

Title - Free text widget enabling custom messages to be visible to end users

The administrator selects which console and device type each profile uses. You can assign different layouts for visit tablet versus visit phone, and so on.
