Extensibility

Ava is offered as a pre-built product that can be accessed through mobile apps, web apps, and the existing Aforza applications. Aforza also supports the extension of Ava through the use of a dedicated API. The API lets you authenticate and make chat requests directly from any downstream system. Aforza has automatically consumed this API within its Salesforce based applications so that you can use it in any APEX code without needing to manage the authentication.
