Inventory users

An inventory user links a Salesforce user to one or more inventory locations. Field reps might hold several mappings when they cover multiple depots or vehicles across the week.

Add inventory users

Open the inventory record and switch to Related.
Scroll to Inventory Users and select New.
Choose the user receiving access.
Indicate whether this inventory should be treated as the user’s default supply point.
Save the record.

Repeat for each combination of salesperson and depot so routing logic never guesses which stock pool to decrement.
