Order capture

Using the offline pricing, promotion, and segmentation engines, Aforza allows you to capture sophisticated customer orders in the field entirely offline. Follow the sections under Order capture for setup, catalog behaviour, grid entry on tablets, cart, completion, confirmation, and technical options.

To create an order

• Open the home screen or the visits tab.
• Click a visit.
• Click Start Visit.
• Click on an Order task or click Actions and select Create Order.
