Applications
This content is for Spring ’26. Switch to the latest version for up-to-date documentation.
The Applications section lets administrators connect Studio to external platforms. Each integration extends Studio’s reach, allowing assets to be shared, referenced, or synchronised with tools your teams already use.
Salesforce: The Salesforce integration connects Studio assets with your Salesforce CRM data. Assets can be linked to accounts, opportunities, campaigns, and other Salesforce records, giving sales and marketing teams direct access to relevant content within their CRM workflows. The integration supports bidirectional linking-you can navigate from a Salesforce record to the associated Studio assets, and from a Studio asset to its linked Salesforce records. Configuration is managed through the Applications section, where administrators connect their Salesforce organisation and define the mapping between Studio and Salesforce objects.
Microsoft Teams: The Teams integration lets users share Studio assets directly into Teams channels and chats. Rather than downloading and re-uploading files, you can send a Studio link or an inline preview of the asset. This keeps content centralised in Studio while making it accessible wherever your teams collaborate.
Slack: Similar to the Teams integration, the Slack connection allows Studio assets to be shared into Slack channels and direct messages. Users can search for and share assets without leaving Slack, and recipients see a rich preview with key metadata.
WhatsApp: The WhatsApp integration enables field teams to share assets via WhatsApp, a channel widely used in field sales and merchandising. Assets can be sent to individual contacts or group chats, making it easy to distribute the latest promotional materials, planograms, or product information to store-level contacts.
Neurolabs: Neurolabs provides AI-powered product recognition for retail shelf imagery. When configured, Studio sends images to the Neurolabs engine for analysis and receives back product identification and shelf analytics data. This integration powers the Product Identification and Share of Shelf features within the Asset Catalog. Administrators configure the connection and define the reference product catalogue that Neurolabs uses for matching.
Parallel Dots: Parallel Dots is an alternative image recognition provider that offers product detection and shelf analysis capabilities. Like Neurolabs, it integrates with Studio’s Product Identification and Share of Shelf features. Your administrator chooses which provider to use based on your organisation’s requirements and licensing.
