You sign in to the standalone Ava app with the same OKTA credentials established when your organisation onboarded you to Aforza. After you authenticate successfully, Ava opens to the home experience where you can start or resume chats.

If you cannot sign in, confirm with your administrator that your user has been provisioned for Ava and that you are using the correct email and password (including any SSO steps your company requires).
